What verification means
A GuruXO verified badge indicates that our team has reviewed the provider's business credentials, website, contact information and operating history, and found them to be legitimate and accurately represented on the directory.
How to apply
Providers can apply for verification from their GuruXO dashboard once their profile is approved and live. We review each application manually.
Verification criteria
We consider: business registration evidence, operational history, website quality, response to enquiries, and absence of significant unresolved complaints. There is no minimum number of reviews required.
Verification is free
There is no fee for the verification review process. GuruXO does not accept payment to grant, fast-track or retain verification status.
Revocation
We may revoke verified status if we discover information that contradicts the original verification, if a provider's service quality deteriorates significantly based on review evidence, or if they violate our terms.
Disputes
If your verification application is rejected, you may re-apply after 60 days with additional supporting evidence. Email verification@guruxo.com with questions.
