Who can review
Anyone who has genuinely used the services of a listed provider. You must provide an email address for verification. Your email is never shown publicly.
What makes a valid review
Reviews must describe your own first-hand experience. They must be honest, balanced and specific. Generic, vague or off-topic reviews may be rejected.
Prohibited reviews
We do not publish: fake reviews, reviews submitted by the provider or their employees, reviews exchanged for incentives, defamatory content, spam or reviews that contain personal attacks.
Moderation
All reviews are moderated before publishing. We aim to publish or reject reviews within 24 hours. Moderation decisions are final.
Provider right of reply
Providers may respond to reviews from their dashboard once a reply feature is available. Providers may not edit or remove reviews.
Disputing a review
If you believe a review about your business is fake or violates our policy, contact us at reviews@guruxo.com with evidence. We will investigate and may remove the review if the violation is confirmed.
Rating calculation
Provider star ratings are calculated as the average of all approved reviews. Ratings are updated automatically.
