1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing GuruXO you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Directory listings
Provider profiles are created and maintained by business owners or GuruXO staff. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies, contain false information or are otherwise harmful.
3. Reviews
Reviews must be genuine and based on real experience with the provider. Fake reviews, incentivised reviews and reviews submitted by provider employees or associates are prohibited. We moderate all reviews and may remove those that violate our review policy.
4. Provider accounts
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing content. You may not claim ownership of a listing you do not own. GuruXO reserves the right to verify ownership claims.
5. Payments
Featured listing payments are processed by Razorpay. All payments are subject to our refund policy. Paid placement does not affect organic ranking, verification status, review scores or editorial content.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use GuruXO to scrape data, submit spam, harass other users, circumvent access controls or violate any applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
GuruXO content, design and brand are owned by GuruXO. Provider logos and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability
GuruXO provides the directory as-is. We do not endorse any provider and are not responsible for the quality of services delivered by listed providers. Use listings and reviews at your own discretion.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
